I’m Manoj Gupta, a business expert by Profession, an author by Passion, and a life empowerment virtuoso by Purpose.

As a young professional, I rose on the ranks of corporate ladder at jet speed. My journey from a Junior software Engineer to the Managing Director of a Global Tech firm could be anyone’s dream.

As my career was thriving, I felt something missing deep within me. Whilst I was Successful, I wasn’t Happy – there was an inexplicable void.

The relentless pursuit of Professional success left little room for Personal growth, Social connections, or Spiritual well-being.

That’s when I began a personal journey of reflection, realignment, and reinvention. What emerged was Consciouspreneur®—a philosophy, a community, and now, a movement.
