'Making a Living’ Vs ‘Living a Life'

For many of us, acquisition of wealth is the scorecard of life!

While running on life’s economic treadmill, we always feel we fall short of our expectation levels. The trap is so dominant; we barely understand that we are only ‘making a living’ rather than ‘living a life’.

There is a thin, yet very powerful line to distinguish between the two.

‘Making a living’ is all about surviving by hook or crook, whereas ‘to live life’ is all about optimising nature’s blessings around us & with-in.

In my corporate career, I have been fortunate to work with many great leaders. I have observed those who led a powerful & impactful life are the ones who focussed on ‘living the life’ rather than just ‘making a living’!

As human beings, most times we believe in winning the race, which doesn’t even exist!
